Producer: Chateau Copsa. For its apple rakia, Chateau Copsa selects juicy, well-ripened, aromatic apples from the heart of the Troyan Balkan. The sorted apples are crushed and pressed to obtain apple juice, which ferments at a controlled temperature to preserve the fruit aromas as much as possible, producing apple wine (cider). The apple wine is then distilled in a classic batch distillation system. With exceptional care at every stage of this production process, our main goal is to preserve the pleasant aroma of ripe apples and carry it into the finished rakia. Our apple rakia has a delicate fruity aroma, a juicy taste and a pleasant, caressing, soft finish.
