Terms of Service – Champagne Wine Shop & Bar

1. Trader and scope

The online shop champagne-winebar.com is operated by Shampeyn EOOD (Champagne Ltd), UIC 206853338, VAT No. BG206853338, registered office and address of management: 99 James Bourchier Blvd, Sofia 1407, trading as Champagne Wine Shop & Bar. Email: champagnewineshop@abv.bg · Phone: +359 886 402 546. These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the Trader and consumers when using the website and purchasing products. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility to purchase alcohol

  • Alcohol is sold only to persons aged 18 or over.
  • By completing an order, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age.
  • On delivery, the courier is entitled to ask for proof of identity. If the recipient cannot prove that they are of legal age, the parcel will not be handed over, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded once the goods have been returned (excluding delivery costs).

3. Products and availability

We keep information on availability, prices, descriptions and images up to date. Minor differences in the label or vintage are possible — if the vintage differs, we will contact you before dispatch. If a product turns out to be out of stock after your order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for it in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. The price at the time of ordering is final for that order. We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash on delivery, where available at checkout.

5. Orders and confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email or SMS. The contract is deemed concluded upon receipt of this confirmation.

6. Delivery

We deliver with Econt and Speedy to an office, a locker or an address. The price is calculated at checkout according to weight and delivery method. Orders over €50 are delivered free of charge. Details are set out in the Shipping Policy. Damaged parcels should be refused on receipt, or a damage report should be drawn up.

7. Right of withdrawal, returns and complaints

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. The exceptions (e.g. opened bottles, damaged original packaging) and the procedure for returns and complaints are described in the Returns Policy.

8. Prohibited activities

Using the website for unlawful purposes; attempting to breach its security; copying content without permission; misuse of promotions and discount codes.

9. Intellectual property

The texts, graphics and logo of the website are the property of Shampeyn EOOD (Champagne Ltd). Product trademarks and labels are the property of their respective producers.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, for errors resulting from inaccurate data provided by the customer, or for damage caused by improper storage after receipt. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, you may contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg).

12. Changes

Changes to these terms apply to orders placed after their publication.
