A wine blended from Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre from stony, clay and limestone soils. Garnet-red colour with notes of dark fruit jam, cherry, liquorice and spices on the nose. Very rounded on the palate with soft tannins and a finish dominated by spices, especially notes of black pepper, and notes of fresh and preserved purple and red fruits.
