This noble Syrah unfolds with a complex, multi-layered nose in which the notes are integrated yet distinct – dark chocolate, ripe forest fruit, mocha, cigar tobacco and piquant spices. The body is supple, juicy and structured, with well-balanced acidity and velvety tannins. On the palate a palette of flavours intertwines – sweet spices, chocolate notes, blueberries, walnut leaves and a sense of warm earth. They leave a lasting memory with good intensity on the finish, and on the aftertaste an intriguing sensation of cocoa powder sprinkled on the tongue.
