Bouquet is a grape variety created in 1951 in the experimental field in the town of Septemvri by crossing Mavrud and Pinot Noir the variety was studied by the Institute of Viticulture and Oenology in Pleven in 1951. The grapes for this wine come from vineyards over forty years old, which were interplanted with Gamza at the time of planting, so the two have to be separated at harvest. A magical, complex and rich wine carrying the incredible potential of the region.
