Corte Aura's Demi-Sec has a straw-yellow colour and a fine, persistent perlage. A sweet aroma and a slightly fruity, vanilla taste. Excellent at the end of a meal paired with dry pastries or fruit-based desserts ideal with sponge cakes, creams, homemade cakes, panna cotta and tarte Tatin.
