This wine has a beautiful, very pale salmon colour, but although it looks quite delicate, the aromas and flavours are fairly intense – stone fruit including light peach and pear, citrus fruit, grapefruit with a little white raspberry and rhubarb, and notes of redcurrant with floral and mineral hints. The wine is fresh, very refreshing and round in the mouth, with a long floral and stony dry finish.
