On the palate the wine is fresh and well structured, with an excellent balance between acidity and fruit flavours. Intense nuances of lemon, green apple and pear come through, supported by fine minerality and a long, clean aftertaste. The acidity is bright but well integrated, which makes the wine lively and refreshing.
