Kopsa Wine Cellar creates this grape elixir solely from the grapes of its own vineyards located in the Rose Valley of Karlovo. The brandy is aged in oak for a period of 5 years, as a result of which the color is amber, and the taste is characterized by softness, astringency and fruity richness.
