SOLI INVICTO is a truly unique wine rakia, the result of double distillation in a copper alembic still, from the Traminer, Chardonnay and Muscat Ottonel grape varieties. It has been aged briefly (3–6 months) in 225-litre French oak barriques that previously held the winery's white wines. The result is stunning. An exceptionally soft and well-balanced rakia with a pleasant fresh aroma and a delicate, memorable taste. The finish is soft, warming and long. SOLI INVICTO is bottled at 40% ABV. A limited quantity of 2,500 bottles.
