- 62% Pinot Noir, 38% Chardonnay. The rosé is made by a long, slow infusion of Pinot Noir, to which Chardonnay must is added during maceration. 21% fermented in oak barrels, 4% malolactic fermentation. Dosage 8 g/l (Brut). Aged for 4 years in the house's cellars and at least 6 months after disgorgement.
