On the palate the sweet fruity taste of pear is accompanied by a distinctly saline character, opening up to a juicy, ripe pear character. The wine is of medium weight with balanced alcohol. The fresh acidity ensures a well-defined fruit flavour that lasts well into the finish. The distinctive salinity persists to the end.
