The base of this wine consists mainly of the Viura grape variety, but it also includes small amounts of Malvasia, Tempranillo Blanco, Garnacha Blanca and Torrontés. The wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels, mainly from Eastern Europe, with some French and American oak. The wine then rests in the bottle for more than three years before being released, which contributes to its complexity and finesse.
