The wine is a blend from three different terroirs – Wettolsheim, Kientzheim and Sigolsheim. The plots have different exposures but mostly stony and limestone soils. Senteur des Vignes is a trademark of Albert Mann. A unique blend of the 7 white grape varieties permitted by the Alsace appellation. The average age of the vines is around 35-40 years.
