The Pedro Ximénez grape is the base wine, produced in traditional jars with a short and intense biological ageing and an exclusive botanical formula. All these characteristics make our red vermouth a unique product. Andalusian character, citrus and spicy aromas, notes of orange, cinnamon and wood, and a unique hint of bitter almond, classic of ageing under the veil of flor (velo de flor). A lovely aperitif drink. A delicious vermouth made from Pedro Ximénez grapes fermented in small ceramic jars, with a short but intense biological ageing under a veil of flor (natural yeast). The taste is typically Andalusian, with citrus fruit, almonds, cinnamon, spices and soft woody notes. Great in your favourite cocktail or served chilled as an aperitif.
