Red Spritz is a citrus-flavoured liqueur made from an infusion of herbs and spices, for mixing in traditional or restyled cocktails. For the production of Red Spritz, herbs and spices meeting a defined quality standard are selected. Added to a hydroalcoholic solution, they infuse for 2-3 weeks to extract all their flavours. The resulting infusion is left to rest in stainless steel tanks until it reaches the right point of maturity. Sugar is added, followed by water to adjust the alcohol level. The filtered product then undergoes organoleptic analysis and, once a positive result is obtained, it is bottled. Aroma: delicate, of spices and citrus. Taste: soft, bitter. Finish: well-rounded, with notes of citrus and spices. Alcohol - 11% Volume - 0.7L
