- Equal parts Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay from 30 different crus, with 25% reserve wines. Fermented at 18 °C in stainless steel, full malolactic fermentation. At least 4 years in cellars 33 metres underground, hand riddling and at least 3 months after disgorgement before release.
