Econt
Shevka is an old Bulgarian grape variety with a rich history. The vinification includes partial carbonic maceration – part of the grapes ferments as whole bunches, while another part is destemmed and crushed, which emphasises the fruity character of the variety. The wine has no added sulphites or other additives. The aroma is playful, with notes of cranberry, wild strawberry, black cherry, dried plum, wild flowers and black pepper. The taste is fresh, dynamic and pleasantly easy to drink, with soft tannins and an elegant finish.
