A wine with an intense violet colour. On the nose there are aromas of black fruit, mushrooms, roasted red pepper and a soft note of dried fruit. With an elegant touch on the palate, the wine offers notes of mushrooms, red pepper and a hint of blueberry pie. It has great structure and fine-grained tannins that provide a silky texture. Malolactic fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels for a total of 14 months.
