An elegant, smooth and juicy blend created by the oenology team of Domaine Marash, Lena Petrova and Evgeni Trenchev. The grapes come from 15-year-old vineyards in the Andonov Bozaluk area, near the village of Nedyalsko, Straldzha municipality – the soils are leached chernozem-smolnitsa and alluvial. The harvest took place in October at an optimal balance of titratable acidity, pH and sugars – at values determined over the years by the winery team. Cold maceration was carried out for 12 days, followed by controlled fermentation. The wine was aged in 225 L barriques, a combination of different cooperages, and partly in American oak.
