A wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. The wine is aged for 4 months in stainless steel vessels and then for 2 months in bottle in the cellar. The name N7 pays tribute to the longest stretch of road in France, the N7, which is 996 km long and runs from Paris to the French Riviera. In the past it was popular for Parisians to drive south on the N7 through Sancerre and fill their cars with fantastic wines from the area.
