A wine with a bright yellow colour and pale green reflections. The nose is intense and complex, with exotic white fruit and citrus mixed with floral notes of linden and acacia. The taste of the wine is rich, generous, ample and intensely fruity, with very good tension. The lemony freshness of the Sauvignon Blanc also delicately covers the exotic sweetness (mango and lychee) of the ripe Sémillon. Finally, the wine's mineral notes, which lend a good salinity, bring this cocktail to a very pleasant finish.
