The Von Winning Riesling is the estate's only wine aged entirely in stainless steel vessels. This allows the fresh fruit to dominate. The wine has a pale colour with refreshing aromas of apple, grapefruit and spring flowers. The palate is light and the finish fresh and lively. This Riesling is perfect as an aperitif but also pairs wonderfully with mussels or chicken curry.
