After a long break, Borovitza winery presents a varietal Sauvignon Blanc. Borovitza Sauvignon Blanc is a wine that carries with it the echo of sunny days and cool evenings. The soils on which the variety is grown are limestone and sandy, at 300 m altitude. The yield is 620 kg/decare. The technology involves no chilling of the must, and the wine is made with minimal technological intervention.
