Our 2015 Rouli Blanc shows a golden color wine with green highlights. It has a fine nose with notes of "blooming shrubs" such as acacia, hawthorn and honeysuckle, along with hints of fruit such as lemon and white peaches. On the palate, the wine is fruity, with a lively, round fruit flavor that is dense and very slightly woody. As it ages, its color will develop to a buttery yellow, and notes of honey, quince and dried fruits will be revealed.
