Wine from 100% Chenin blanc, from younger vines. The grapes are pressed immediately after harvest and then vinified at a slow pace, at a low temperature. The sludge is deliberately not filtered. After the wine has been in contact with it for several months, it develops a more complex aroma and taste. This is an elegant and well-balanced wine with notes of ripe yellow fruit, citrus peel, yeast and a long aftertaste.
