A wine with a very clean and pale yellow color. Its bubbles are extremely fine, delicate and abundant. The bouquet of the wine is fruity, lively and fresh. A perfect balance comes from the light acidity of the Chenin grape and the mouthfeel of the Cabernet Franc, which gives this cuvee grandeur and roundness.
