100% Chardonnay fermented and aged in a concrete egg. A wine with a sparkling straw color, a seductive mineral nose with notes of tropical fruits, cut grass and elder. The wine is rounded and melting on the palate, has a flexible body with very good structure and an elegant, mineral finish.
