The fermentation of the wine is by the "submerged hat" method in small vessels. Pure self-current without press fraction was used. The wine is aged for 12 months in Bulgarian barrels and 1.5 years in the bottle. The wine has a dense dark ruby ??color. Intense and characteristic nose with nuances of leather, smoke and incense. A rounded body with black fruits in the taste and a long aftertaste.
