Almost yellow wine, with pale pink/orange notes. There are nuances of freshly cut strawberry, hints of peeled peach, light vanilla and subtle spices. The taste is of fine fruit, a ripe orange note, a sense of softness, suede, richness, delicate grapefruit on the finish. Aging: Controlled fermentation in oak, 600 liter barrels for 10 months, "Burgundy style" batonage twice a week.
