Very intense ruby ??red wine with purple highlights. Solaia 2012 shows aromas of ripe red fruits, pleasantly fresh and vibrant, accompanied by balsamic sensations of licorice and mint. The aromas of the wine are vanilla and smoke. The palate, initially elegant, then becomes dense with tannins. The finish and aftertaste of the wine are quite complex with their expressive notes of black fruits and chocolate, along with excellent flavor and vitality.
