The wine is fermented by the "submerged hat" method in small vessels. It was aged for 12 months in new Bulgarian barrels, then nearly 2 years in bottle. Aromas of chokeberry, blackcurrant and mulberry are distinguished, and in the taste we can detect fresh eucalyptus. The finish of the wine is juicy and so befitting a Cabernet Sauvignon.
