Wine blend of merlot (75%) and syrah (25%). Grapes from the village Cherven, Asenovgradsko. Vinified by the "submerged cap" method in small vessels. The wine was aged for 12 months in Bulgarian oak barrels, third filling. Sparkling ruby ??color, melted tannins, fruity character both on the nose and on the palate. Limited edition of 1200 bottles.
