A wine with a beautiful, bright straw yellow color with a green reduction. On the nose, the wine is fresh, fruity, ethereal and citrusy. The flavors are of tropical fruits, elder, green fresh herbs, flint, wet gravel. It has the rich, lingering aroma of an excellent Sauvignon with a fresh, crisp mouthfeel and a well-balanced, full, creamy palate.
