The palate is fruity, gourmand and relatively fat. The effervescence is fine and abundant. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of apple, nectarine and slight notes of lemon associated with slight notes of mandarin as well as a touch of fresh grapes and a discreet hint of lime.
