Wine with a sparkling golden color. The nose is attractive and intense, with seductive aromas of buttered toast, peach blossom, candied lemon peel and a hint of walnut. An elegant, very fresh wine with a medium body and excellent varietal attack. The taste aroma of the wine is dominated by white flowers, copper acacia, citrus and vanilla tone, resulting from the fermentation and aging in oak. The finish is mineral, with a long, refreshing aftertaste.
