Aged on full lees, this concentrated and elegant Loire Sauvignon blanc allows the wine to grow in richness, develop significant aging potential and retain all the aromatic freshness of a sauvignon. This wine is great elegance with a mineral style and yet some roundness and a lovely finish in the mouth.
