After a long hiatus, the Borovitsa winery presents you a varietal wine from Sauvignon Blanc. Borovitsa Sauvignon Blanc, a wine that brings with it the echo of sunny days and cool evenings. The soils on which the variety is grown are calcareous and sandy at 300m above sea level. The yield is 620 kg/ha. The technology is without cooling the must and the wine, with minimal technological intervention.
