This wine is produced from an atypical blend of Chardonnay (75%) and Pinot Blanc (25%), a particularly rare variety in Champagne. The wine has a fresh and thirst-quenching attack. It opens with a finish typical of Blanc de Blancs, long and refreshing. On the nose it is subtle and flattering with delicate notes of white flowers.
