Straw yellow wine. The aroma is pleasant, delicate, fruity, characteristic, intense and reminiscent of apple and figs. The wine is dry, velvety, tasty and fruity with a slight aftertaste of bitter almond, it is well balanced and harmonious, with good acidity and alcohol degree. It is very persistent on the palate and is best drunk young.
