Wine blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Ricat and Muscat. Made in the traditional Borovitsa style with minimal intervention, without preservatives and cooling systems. Result of slow and silent fermentation, in small stainless vessels with natural yeasts.
The different varieties make the wine rich, deep and multi-layered. The color of the wine is straw yellow with a complex aroma and taste of yellow fruit, white flowers and herbs. The aroma of vanilla from the French oak is elegantly felt.
