A blend of three different terroirs – Vetolsheim, Kintzheim and Sigolsheim. The plots have different exposures, but mostly stony and limestone soils. Centurion de Vin is a trademark of Albert Mann. A unique blend of 7 white varieties that the Alsace appellation allows. The average age of the vines is about 35-40 years.
