This wine has a light straw yellow color. Bellussi Spumante Brut is characterized by its complex aroma and fine, creamy perlage. Aromas of Granny Smith, apricot, brioche and light vanilla. Vibiti is fresh and fruity on the palate with subtle acidity and citrus flavors. Long finish with an elegant, soft finish. A great aperitif, very good with fish starters, as well as with poultry or veal cutlets in a white wine sauce.
