Cabernet Franc made at a controlled fermentation temperature from whole, uncrushed grains. The wine is aged for 8 months in Bulgarian barrels. The color is a deep dark ruby. The body of the wine is dense with dominant aromas of black cherry, black berries and leather. It is suitable for pairing with grilled red meats, raw - dried sausages or light chocolate desserts.
