Palate: Elegant sparkling wine with anintense flavour of the local varieties and fine texture. Citrus peel and hint of forest floor flavours are supported by the toasted bread. Rich ending and long aftertaste.
Winemaking
Francesc Ricart cavas are produced by the traditional method in the most representative area of the D.O. Cava: Penedés, Alt Penedés and Sant
Sadurní d’Anoia. The collection reflects outstanding grapes, the art of blending, patience to allow the wine to mature at its own pace and the experience to know when it is at its best.
