Information
The nose is fruity, relatively gourmand and relatively generous. It reveals notes of lemon, fresh apple and slight notes of minerality associated with a discreet note of lime as well as a discreet touch of white flowers and acacia flowers. The palate is fruity, gourmand and relatively fat. The effervescence is fine and abundant. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of apple, nectarine and slight notes of lemon associated with slight notes of mandarin as well as a touch of fresh grapes and a discreet hint of lime.
Story
The cuvée, somewhat "Rebel" compared to Pinot Meunier, strength of our House (and of the Marne Valley), nevertheless retains the refinement and smoothness characteristic of our terroir.
