It will pair wonderfully with fish or cheese with character. “Wine with a light yellow color nuanced with elegant reflections, both limpid and crystalline, with an elegant bubble and a persistent cord. The intensity is subtly mineral offering a fruity white character such as mirabelle plum. The attack on the palate offers remarkable tone, revealing notes of finely roasted dried fruit on the finish. "
