Winemaking
To produce the Chocolate Pepper liqueur, to the water-alcohol infusion of cocoa and chili pepper, sugar syrup is added. Once the liqueur is obtained, it is aged for a variable period of 2-3 months in stainless steel tanks, this step allows the aromatic fan to mature. When it has reached the right degree of ripeness, the liqueur is filtered at room temperature and then bottled.
Story
