To produce Red Spritz herbs and spices are selected that meet precise quality standards. Additions to a hydroalcoholic solution remain in infusion for a period between 2 and 3 weeks to allow the extraction of all the aromatic charge. The infusions thus produced are left to rest inside steel tanks until they reach the degree of ripeness.
Sugar is added and the alcohol content is standardized with water. The filtered product is subjected to organoleptic analysis and received a positive opinion, it is bottled

Red spritz is a liqueur with a citrus taste, which comes from the infusion of selected herbs and spices, to be mixed in classic cocktails or in their reinterpretations.
